My plan (since I don't like to be in my apartment a lot since it's only an efficiency) is to cook a LOT one night a week (any night but Sunday or Monday).

I do smoke (going to quit in August when I move), and I am not fit (yet). I also drink, but I would prefer mostly sober activities (although wine, whiskey, beer, etc are welcome at cook night).
